工廠應(yīng)出示下列各項(xiàng)文件

a.  Factory operating license（工廠營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照）

b.  Factory floor plan（工廠平面圖）

c.  Factory rule & regulation（工廠廠規(guī)廠紀(jì)）

d.  Employee handbook(員工手冊(cè))

e.  The list of total employees(員工花名冊(cè))

f.  Labor contract （勞動(dòng)合同）

g.  Personal profile(ID card copy, application with joining date, resignation letter, leave application, warning letter, health examination report and registration for workers’ age between 16 and 18 
（人事記錄, 身份證復(fù)印件，入廠日期，離職信，請(qǐng)假單，16-18 歲未成年工上崗證和體檢報(bào)告）

h.  Local official minimum wage document（當(dāng)?shù)貏趧?dòng)部門關(guān)于最低工資的文件）

i.  12 months’ payroll record(punch card/time card/attendance record, payroll computation{manual or computer etc.,payroll slip with workers’ signature, wages deduction/fines record, 
最近一年的工資記錄（打卡/工時(shí)卡 出勤記錄，工資計(jì)算記錄-電腦/手工，有工人簽名的工資條，工資扣除/罰款記錄）

j.  Insurance (pension, accident, medical, unemployment & maternity) 保險(xiǎn)單（養(yǎng)老，意外，醫(yī)療，失業(yè)和生育）

k.  Waste/waste water discharge permit 廢物/廢水排放許可證明

l.  Worker hours waiver from local bureau 當(dāng)?shù)貏趧?dòng)部門關(guān)于勞動(dòng)時(shí)間證明文件

m.  Working safety (accident/incident record) 突發(fā)事件/事故記錄

n.  Canteen sanitation (kitchen/canteen hygiene certification, worker health certificate) 廚房/餐廳衛(wèi)生許可證，從業(yè)人員健康證

o.  Others(special equipments permit/certificate, special equipment operator permit/certificate) 特殊設(shè)備許可/操作許可證明

p.  Certification issued by local Fire-fighting department 當(dāng)?shù)叵啦块T出具驗(yàn)收?qǐng)?bào)告

q.  First aid training for workers 工人急救培訓(xùn)證書

r.  QC reports, production record 質(zhì)量控制報(bào)告和生產(chǎn)記錄

s.  Item of certification (UL, CSA, CE, ISO9001 etc..) (證明書)

t.  MSDS(Material Safety Data sheets) 物料安全數(shù)據(jù)表
